1. After cleansing and drying your skin, place the mask on your face, and adjust the velcro strap for a comfortable fit. The hands-free design lets you multitask while wearing it.


2. Press and hold the “on” button to turn the device on.


3. Select your wavelength and time settings, then leave the mask on for the full treatment. It will switch off automatically when finished.


4. Remove the mask and continue with your regular skincare routine. Remember to wear sunscreen during the day.


5. Clean the mask with a water-based wipe or cloth and let it air dry on a flat surface.
